Absolutely! It’s totally normal to feel a bit nervous or unsure—many people do. We’re here to create a safe, welcoming space where you can go at your own pace. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
It’s flexible! We typically recommend weekly sessions to start, but we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your life and goals. Some people prefer bi-weekly sessions, and others may adjust the frequency over time.
Currently, all session will be conducted in online mode via Google meet. Before each session, you will receive a Google Meet link from us. In case you do not, please reach out to your therapist. Also ensure that your video and audio are both working fine and you have a strong internet connection.
We happily are catering to young adults and adults in the age range of 16-35 years.
Yes, if you have not turned 18 yet, we will require you to have a form filled by your parents stating that they know about you coming to therapy. If you cannot let your parents know, then any other responsible adult family member can fill the form. We will verify the credibility of the person.
Yes, life happens! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll help you reschedule. We aim to be flexible and understanding with your schedule. However, we do not offer refunds if you fail to inform us 24 hours in advance as our time that we had blocked for you is not wasted.
No need to prep! Just come as you are. If there’s anything specific on your mind, feel free to bring it up, but we’ll guide the conversation and make sure you feel comfortable from the start.
We accept Bank Transfer and UPI payment. The details of both will be personally shared by your therapist after your first free consultation.
Depends on what you are comfortable with. You can also choose to pay for multiple sessions together. There can be limited time discount offers for multiple session payments. Please confirm with your therapist in advance.
Yes, 100%. Confidentiality is key to creating a safe and open space. Everything you share in therapy stays between us, with a few exceptions, like safety concerns when the client is a harm to themselves or others around them. Other than these 2 situations, everything we discuss in therapy remains completely confidential.
Yes! We do not want to make therapy a privilege. We want to make it as accessible as we can. We understand financial constraints can be difficult and we believe that people should not be restricted to come to therapy just because of that. Let us know your financial concerns personally so that we can discuss and come up with the best possible solution.
Yes. Having a similar culture helps relate with clients and empathize better with them. Therefore, we cater to only Indian clients from India and those who are either studying or have settled abroad.
