Meet The Founder & Therapist
Hi! I'm KHUSHII SHAH, the founder and therapist at Mind Ripple wanting to make a significant difference in people's lives. These are some things that you should know about me-

I am a dedicated psychologist who believes that the complexity and fallibility of humans is what makes them beautiful. Having struggled through mental health issues myself, I'm a pretty awesome Wounded Healer. I strongly feel that being vulnerable and asking for help is a sign of human strength.
​
I'm an avid classic fiction reader, and if you are one you know it teaches you better life philosophy than self help books (that's just my opinion). I now and then will recall life learnings from books and incorporate that in my conversations with you.
​
Also, I use an eclectic approach that is trauma-informed. My go to therapy philosophies are Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness- based approaches, all tailor made to suit your values and goals. I deeply resonate with Person-centered therapy style bringing in the elements of empathy, unconditional acceptance and being non-judgmental.

I am a beach person and my best day would look like reading Fyodor Dostoevsky on the beach and eating a good sandwich.
